Call me librarian in the stacks of almost-lost melody.
I journey this colossal quaking book they've
authored in the space between their legs.
Over blind fool hearts beneath stomping feet
in the liquid engine of their crooned breath.
And sometimes the splintered edges of voice
root me in their tree of singing sunlight
take me back to something that doesn't have a name.
Our buried sense.
